2011, the evening opening times each Wednesday and Saturday have changed as follows;
Wednesday 5.00pm-7.00pm (instead of 5.30pm-7.30pm)
Saturday 5.00pm-7.00pm (instead of 5.30pm- 7.30pm)
* Books wanted:-
The library is always pleased to accept new and used books. Our librarians are available to sort all books and pass on to appropriate organisations (e.g. The Music Society, Alderney Museum) or to local charities for onward sale.
We would be pleased to make a home visit to assess and collect large quantities of books, especially when being disposed of during house clearance. |
